The system has been developed using the latest .NET programming techniques as a series of 'building block type' elements. This gives you two big benefits when implementing the system.
The first is that you are able to specify the exact functions you deploy. You can deploy a common set across the whole business, or ‘assemble’ specific combinations for a particular user or function.
The second is that system administrators are able to tailor individual user menus, screen layouts and even system functions to suit the environment the system is operating in. All changes made by the administrator are supported and are made at a level within the application which ensures that the accounting engine is always protected.
Finally, should you find that a part of you business requires additional functionality to support a new or changing business process, and the required change is outside the scope of the user customization capabilities, the relevant ‘block’ can be removed from the system, modified and placed back. This is simply done using standard Windows ‘copy’ commands and in this way, wide scale customization can be performed, down to a user specified level, while retaining the advantages of supporting a standard product.
This flexibility extends to the reports and drill down screens provided within the system and allows you to easily adapt the system to your business processes, and to grow the system as your business grows.
